Here is what the package covers. A quarterly check of the wheels, bearings, and brake mechanism, with replacement of worn rubber parts if needed. The handle grip and stitching on the main bag get inspected for tears, and the fabric is treated with a water-repellent finish before the monsoon season. If you use the insulated cooler bag, the lining is checked for leaks and the zipper track is lubricated.

The service works on a simple schedule. You book a slot online, drop the cart at our Bikaner workshop or send it by courier, and pick it up within two working days. For customers in the same city, we also offer a doorstep collection option on weekends. Each visit ends with a short written report that lists what was checked, what was replaced, and what might need attention in the next quarter.

This package is not a warranty extension. It is a maintenance routine for people who use their cart daily and want to avoid the sudden breakdown that always happens on the busiest shopping day of the week.
